 Coffee is a multi-layered ingredient and food. Even one cup of coffee has been loved for a long time as a beverage that represents preferences and tastes, thanks to different flavors depending on the coffee bean production region as well as the roasting and extraction method.

Cafe culture also continues to evolve based on a specific city or region, providing a clue to the changing times. In the eighteenth issue of the magazine <F>, we met the frontiers leading the contemporary coffee industry and heard vivid stories while examining the Nordic coffee scene centered on Copenhagen and Stockholm.
